Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before entering. By entering, you agree to be bound by them.
1. The promotion
George & Sons is running two separate promotional draws: one for settled sales (“Sales draw”) and one for new property management clients (“PM draw”). Each draw has one prize of a $2,000 EFTPOS gift card.
2. How to enter
Entry is free. Complete the online entry form on this page and select which draw you’re entering. Only the first 10 eligible entries per draw will be accepted and placed in the draw. Entries outside the first 10 will be acknowledged but are not eligible to win.
3. Eligibility: Sales draw
- Your property must be listed for sale with George & Sons.
- The sale must be settled (not just exchanged) on or before 23 July 2026.
- Only the seller listed on the contract may enter.
- One entry per settled sale.
4. Eligibility: Property Management draw
- You must sign a property management agreement with George & Sons.
- The agreement must have a minimum term of 12 months.
- The agreement must be signed on or before 23 July 2026.
- One entry per property owner per signed agreement.
5. The draw
Draws will be conducted on 23 July 2026 at the George & Sons Queensland office. Winners will be drawn at random from the eligible entries in each draw. One winner per draw.
6. The prize
Each prize is one $2,000 EFTPOS gift card. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms. Any taxes, fees, or charges arising from the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
7. Notification
Winners will be notified by email and phone within 5 business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, George & Sons reserves the right to redraw. Winners may be named on the George & Sons website and social channels, subject to their consent.
8. General
Employees of George & Sons and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 or over. George & Sons reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify invalid entries. Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the George & Sons privacy policy and will only be used for the purpose of this promotion and related communications you consent to.
